Tasting Notes
The 2016 Flower Child Pinot Noir is medium garnet color in the glass. The nose opens revealing aromas of cherry, spice, hints of cranberry and tobacco. A delicate mid palate with flavors of red cherry, pomegranate and cola, with subtle toasted french oak in the background. Well rounded, integrated and texturally appealing with a soft and elegant mouthfeel.
Pairs naturally with Herb Encrusted Roast Pork, Salmon, Roasted Chicken, Light Pasta and Manchego cheese.
